The high frequency pulse process
The excellent standard in mobile coating technology is not only maintained but further extended by Betzmann Galvanik. With the high-frequency pulse process, HFP for short, in our BMG-50A professional coating system, gold and other metals are applied to a surface faster and are also more durable.
Advantage of HFP:
According to studies, the quality of gold coatings applied by HFP is much better than with other coating techniques. The current pulses have a particularly high density with short application times. As a result, the gold coating is applied very evenly in only a short time. In addition, the HFP coating causes a decrease in porosity, which in turn increases the surface area while maintaining the same amount of gold. The cost factor is thus reduced.
The coating particles are much finer and more compact and no less porous than with conventional coatings. This also means that there is no double-layer effect.
