Mit dem Weiß Bronze Mixer können Sie im Mischverhältnis zu alkalischem Kupfer tolle Bronzetöne erzielen
und so Statuen u.ä beschichten. Diese Mixtur ersetzt auch die Nickelschicht und ist somit anti-
allergen, da auch die Verwendung von Nickel in der Industrie immer weiter rückläufig ist.
 Weißbronze ist der ideale Ersatz für Nickel bei Gegenständen die mit der Haut in Berührung kommen
wie Brillen oder Schmuck, da es eine genauso harte Schicht bildet und wunderbar vergoldet werden
kann.  

Die wichtigsten Anwendungen:
- Ersatz für Nickel, stoppt die Nickelallergie
- Bewirkt eine wichtige Sperrschicht bei der Beschichtung von Gold auf Kupfer oder auf Messing
- Bewirkt eine Schutzschicht bei der Beschichtung von Silber auf Zinn oder anderen zinnhaltigen
Legierungen.
-  hat einen ähnlichen Härtegrad wie Nickel und dieselbe elektrische Eigenschaft von Silber und eine
überlegene Korrosionsbeständigkeit.

Bronze Mixer - White Bronze Mixer 

Just like the other ‘mixer solutions’ we sell, Bronze Mixer can be added to our new copper solution to create a beautiful shade of freshly cast bronze. This brand new solution, exclusive to Real Gold, has been introduced as a replacement for nickel plating solution. Nickel is now banned by the EU for use in the cosmetic industry, as it causes nickel allergy in some people. White Bronze is the ideal substitute for nickel plate, where the surface of the metal is likely to come into contact with the skin, such as on costume jewellery or on spectacle frames. The main uses are listed below.

A replacement for nickel to stop nickel allergy.

• Replaces nickel for use as a barrier layer when electroplating gold onto copper or brass.
• Makes an excellent key layer when plating silver onto pewter, Britannia metal or other high-tin alloys.
• Is similar in hardness to nickel with the electrical properties of silver but with superior corrosion resistance.
• White bronze makes an excellent undercoat for
  black chrome.

As with our other mixer solutions, you have the same flexibility to create the exact shade of bronze you require. At a low mix ratio it plates an attractive gold shade (2N) of bronze, a white, tarnish resistant coating which resembles nickel. The highest ratio is more like bright chrome.

Mixing ratio;

1 part Copper Plating Solution to 2 parts White Bronze Mixer – leave to stand for 15 minutes before using
